We will issue refunds for orders within 90 days of purchase, but feel free to get in touch with us after that if you have a problem. We might be able to help fix it, or get you store credit and/or a REALLY nice coupon.
There's no need to send anything back to us. You can keep your item, give it to a friend, donate it, or simply recycle it. We don't want the refund process to be a hassle for you at all! Who likes printing shipping labels anyways?
