Baby is really paying attention now! Listening to your voice all day long and any extra when you are talking or singing straight to you belly, baby will know your voice when baby is earth side. Dad doesn’t have to be left out of this one. Let dad snuggle up with your belly to talk to baby, tell a story or sing a song.
Baby sleeps a whole lot these days. You may notice baby is up more at night. When you are up and about your body is rocking baby to sleep. So for baby, it’s time to party when the sun goes down.

While you are still in the sweet spot of the second trimester weight gain can cause some major discomfort, between edema causing swollen ankles and your growing belly causing back pain. We recommend relaxing into a nice warm bath with Epsom salts to relieve some of these undesirable symptoms. Building a human is hard work!
