Baby is busy busy these days. Between practice rolling, kicking, yawning and suckling, how does baby find time to rest?

Can you believe you are already in month 5!? Time sure flies when you’re making a human. Mama you are going to be experiencing an increase in blood flow this week. Your body is ramping up blood volume and increasing the size of blood vessels. Be mindful when standing up quickly as this may cause dizziness.
