If you fear that as a mother, alertness is difficult, co-sleeping with the baby will make you conscious, then this is the wrong move. Sleep Training Process:
Although experts advise that infants should co-sleep with their parents for 6- 12 months, a sleep training process for infants is essential; it guides the child to sleep comfortably without regular tossing and turns or sudden cry for food.
Make the Infant Sleep in Their Personal Bassinet or Crib:
Keep the bassinet or crib in the bedroom to keep that proximity; this slowly allows the baby to gentle respond to being independent and decisive.
