No baby? No problem! Due dates are always an estimate based on the first day of your last period. Many women ovulate later in their cycle than the standard 28 day estimation. Babies born this or next week are still just considered “full term”. Babies do not become “post term” until 42 weeks.

While it may be frustrating to hit the 40 week mark, make the most of it. Go for a walk, take a nap and get a pedicure or whatever else you enjoy doing solo. The actual labor takes a lot of energy and stamina, so rest rest rest!

“Family is not an important thing, it’s everything.”
